Rogo is building AI-native tools for finance - and scaling our go-to-market team is critical to that mission. We're hiring for our first dedicated GTM recruiting hire on the ground in London. You'll bring Rogo's GTM hiring playbook to the London and European market, building our employer brand and presence with candidates in the region.

Responsibilities

Run GTM recruiting for London/EMEA end-to-end; Own hiring for SDRs, Account Executives, and GTM Associates across London and the broader European market; Manage interview logistics across time zones; Align on hiring priorities, pipeline health, and process improvements across regions; Build presence in the London/European market; Shape hiring priorities with co-founder; Establish and refine GTM recruiting best practices; Build Rogo's brand and reputation with GTM talent; Own candidate experience; Serve as primary point of contact for candidates; Drive recruiting operations; Maintain clean, accurate data in Ashby; Conduct reference checks and synthesize insights; Support initial candidate screens; Improve hiring processes; Build scalable recruiting infrastructure

Requirements

4+ years of experience in recruiting; Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; Ability to manage multiple roles, candidates, and timelines simultaneously; Clear and professional written and verbal communication; High ownership and strong judgment; Experience with ATS tools and modern productivity tools; Comfort working across time zones and with senior stakeholders; Willingness to operate in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment

Nice to have

Familiarity with the London/European GTM talent market; Ashby experience preferred
