Team Lead, Projects

Responsible for guiding a team to successfully complete projects within established scope, time, and budget constraints. Defining project scope, setting timelines, and creating budgets. To monitor and support the Project management aspect during the construction of bank buildings and ATM deployments. Facilitate the seamless handover of completed structures to the end user units. The job entails extensive travel to support, guide and facilitate the Bank’s property network expansion plan. Planning, organizing, and motivating team members, as well as managing resources, tracking progress, and communicating with stakeholders in ensuring smooth delivery of projects.

Responsibilities

Requirements

BSc in Engineering/Project Management/Architecture/Building Construction; Minimum of 7 years real estate experience; Ability to plan, initiate, execute, control and close projects related to the construction of bank buildings and ATM deployments; Ability to compile documents, schedule meetings, update project plans, coordinate feedback and organize project related records; Ability to create financial reports as well as execute financial entries to monitor project financial progress and performance; Negotiating and documenting the timelines, cost and resources based on a specific scope; Supporting the process of defining the exact outcomes that projects are meant to achieve; Defining the resource requirements for projects in terms of people, financials, systems and time; Knowledge and skills to produce project status reports including progress, risks, issues, resource allocation and benefits realization; Maintaining key elements of project plans, resources, demand plans, work breakdown and progress on a project management system; Ability to manage contractual obligations in order to deliver the objectives required in the contract; Ability to implement operational techniques and activities that are used to fulfil requirements for quality including improvement, control, management or assurance of quality; Making Decisions; Empowering Individuals; Upholding Standards; Directing People; Interacting with People; Risk Management; Coaching and Mentoring; Real Estate Industry Regulatory Framework
