Team Leader

Early Start Australia (ESA) is seeking an experienced Team Leader Occupational Therapist or Speech Pathologist to guide, mentor, and inspire a growing team at our new Armadale clinic. This is a full-time leadership opportunity ideal for a senior OT or SP ready to take the next step — combining hands-on therapy with leadership, coaching, and service development.

Responsibilities

Provide clinical leadership and day-to-day support to your OT or SP team; Mentor, coach, and supervise clinicians to support their growth and performance; Maintain a reduced clinical caseload alongside leadership responsibilities; Drive service quality, team culture, and best-practice care; Partner with senior leadership to support clinic growth and client outcomes

Requirements

Relevant tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy or Speech Pathology; Current AHPRA registration / SPA; Experience working as a Senior Occupational Therapist or Speech Pathologist
