Team Member

Promotes quality customer service and processes sales and registration transactions. Acts as the first point of contact for potential and current Goldfish customers and as such is responsible for presenting a positive image for the company.

Responsibilities

Provide WOW customer service to members; Assist with class scheduling and billing; Work in a sales capacity to sell new memberships; Conduct cold and warm calls to potential customers; Follow up with leads from inquiries, website sign-ups, and previous customers; Handle objections professionally and help customers understand program benefits; Process student registrations; Schedule and manage birthday/pool parties; Resolve customer concerns/complaints; Greet parents and students and check in students; Maintain cleanliness of front desk, snack shack, changing areas, restrooms, and observation area; Monitor snack shack area; Check voicemail and email correspondence; Update informational displays; Make collection calls; Prepare student lesson schedules; Enforce safety rules and administer first aid when necessary; Work at least 1 swim instructor/lifeguard shift per week

Requirements

Ability to work with children; Excellent communication and organizational skills; High energy and a sales-driven mindset; Strong work ethic and ability to handle rejection positively; Willingness to be a swim instructor and become lifeguard certified; Comfortable being in the pool for 4-5 hours at a time; Comfortable getting hair wet; Willing to work weekend shifts; Available to work evening shifts during the week (Monday-Friday)
