Technical Lead

We are seeking a Technical Lead with strong hands-on development experience and proven expertise in full-stack architecture and advanced technologies. The ideal candidate will lead the design and development of scalable, enterprise-grade solutions while actively contributing to coding, architecture, and technical decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with .NET Core and React.js, a solid understanding of cloud-native architecture, and working experience with Azure DevOps.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end architecture and design of full-stack, cloud-native applications; Define technical standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines; Drive system scalability, performance, reliability, and security; Review designs, code, and implementations to ensure high quality and maintainability; Actively contribute to development using .NET Core / C# and modern front-end technologies; Design and develop RESTful APIs, microservices, and distributed systems; Collaborate with teams on complex technical problem-solving and optimizations; Support integration of data-driven and AI/ML components into applications; Design and implement solutions leveraging Data Science, Machine Learning (ML), Deep Reinforcement Learning (DRL); Contribute to Digital Twin architectures, simulations, and real-time system modeling; Work with data pipelines, model deployment, and MLOps practices; Drive innovation by evaluating and adopting emerging technologies; Mentor and guide engineers, fostering technical excellence; Collaborate with product, business, and engineering stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions; Support delivery planning, estimation, and technical risk management

Requirements

6-10 years of overall software development experience; Strong hands-on expertise in .NET Core / C# for backend development; Solid experience with React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern frontend frameworks; Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and distributed systems; Hands-on working experience with Azure DevOps (Repos, Pipelines, Boards, Releases); Experience with SQL Server and/or NoSQL databases; Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and delivery best practices; Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and technical decision-making skills

Nice to have

Experience with Azure services (App Services, Functions, AKS, IoT Hub, Digital Twins); Knowledge of CI/CD best practices, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes); Experience in SaaS, platform-based, or product-driven environments; Familiarity with performance optimization, security, and scalability for large platforms
