Technical Lead

We are looking for a highly skilled Python Lead with strong expertise in backend development using Python and modern frontend technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building scalable, high-performance web applications, designing robust APIs, and working across the full software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Python (Django, Fast API); Build and manage RESTful APIs and implement microservices-based architecture; Work on backend development, ensuring seamless integration; Develop clean, efficient, reusable, and well-documented code; Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and performance; Participate in requirement gathering, technical design, and architecture discussions

Requirements

8 - 12 years of experience; Strong hands-on experience in Python programming; Frameworks: Django, Fast API and Flask; Solid experience in building REST APIs; Strong understanding of Microservices architecture and distributed systems; Experience with databases: PostgreSQL/MySQL/MongoDB; Hands on experience with AWS, Azure Cloud services; Familiarity with version control tools like Git
