Responsibilities

Qualify and deeply understand job requirements to effectively target talent; Proactively source and screen resumes, meticulously evaluating candidates for both technical and behavioral fit; Strategically build and nurture a robust pipeline of engineering talent, collaborating closely with recruiting partners to meet critical company needs and priorities; Act as an ambassador for the brand, delivering an exceptional candidate experience

Requirements

4+ years of full-cycle sourcing experience, with a proven track record of success; Exceptional ability to evaluate technical aptitude and screen candidates for both technical and behavioral alignment; Strong tech and industry knowledge, enabling you to understand relevant skills and identify key companies within the sector; Outstanding consultative and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization; Experience working on Manager and Leadership-level hires for technical requisitions

Nice to have

Experience recruiting or sourcing for systems or software positions; Background working for a recruiting agency or extensive in-house sourcing experience; Direct experience collaborating with hiring managers and senior engineering leadership
