Technical Specialist_IS

College or University graduation, major in the related inspection category

Responsibilities

Provide technical training and handle qualification of inspectors; Technical review of inspection reports; Provide technical support to Customer Service Team; Review and monitoring of technical documents such as SOP, WI, …; Perform field assessments of internal inspectors, announced audit appointed by Manager,; Provide technical training to agent, vendor, factory if required; Handle equipment calibration: daily follow-up and internal calibration; Support QA coordinator to set up internal calibration procedures of equipment; Support management during technical meeting with customers; Back-up for inspection in order to secure the business; Other additional tasks delegated by direct manager or above; Substitute Technical Supervisor or direct manager

Requirements

At least 3 years experience in related inspection activities; Fluent in both written and oral English; Necessary computer knowledge
