Technical Workday HR & Finance Lead

My client is a leading FinTech firm looking for a Senior Technical Workday Lead to drive a global Workday implementation. This is a high-visibility, senior-level role within a fast-scaling sector, requiring an individual who can bridge the gap between complex financial requirements and technical system architecture. You will be the primary technical authority for a global Workday rollout, encompassing both Finance and HR modules. Beyond hands-on technical solution design and integrations, you will provide critical leadership and mentorship to a small, focused delivery team. This role is essential for ensuring that the Workday ecosystem is robust, scalable, and perfectly aligned with the firm's global financial operations.

Responsibilities

Global Implementation: Leading the end-to-end rollout of Workday Finance and HR modules; Technical Design: Owning Workday integrations and the overarching technical solution design; Leadership: Providing direct mentorship and guidance to a small, agile delivery team; Stakeholder Management: Working closely with internal clients to deliver high-quality, bespoke Workday solutions; Integrations: Building and managing complex technical integrations across the broader FinTech tech stack

Requirements

Senior-level expertise in Workday Finance and HR implementations; Strong background in Finance; Solid hands-on experience with Workday integration tools and methodologies; Proven experience in leading or mentoring a technical team
