Responsibilities

Leading New Product Development lot/Work-Order execution at SMT.; Ensuring all execution activities follow SOP, WI, and VAR to meet yield and throughput expectations.; Collecting and summarizing engineering data (Yield, Process Capability, Metrology Data, Error logs), observing any learnings, and communicating them to respective Engineers for improvement purposes.; Preparing and setting up required collateral, jigs/fixtures to ensure build readiness.; Assisting Engineers in following up with Operation and Quality teams on Work Order closure.; Assisting Engineers with new material/component first articles inspection and final buyoff.

Requirements

Diploma related Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical and Computer Technology; Minimum 2 years of recent experience working in an area of their specialty or related field; Willing to work in 12 hours shift; Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint; Basic knowledge of electronics components and PCB assembly; Good communication and teamwork skills; Attention to detail and commitment to quality; Able to work on rotating shifts and perform overtime if required

Nice to have

Hands-on experience with FUJI NXT Pick and Place machines; Familiar with AOI programming (Koh Young); Hands on SMT reflow profiling and profile board fabrication; Familiar with Glue dispensing (Asymtek)
