Technician III, Facilities Services

Facilities Services Technician III, Facilities Services plays a critical role in ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of the facility's infrastructure, equipment, and systems. They are responsible for overseeing and managing the maintenance activities specific to a pharmaceutical setting, adhering to strict regulatory requirements and quality standards.

Responsibilities

Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify maintenance needs and develop preventive maintenance plans; Coordinate and prioritize maintenance activities ensuring timely completion; Troubleshoot complex problems with facility systems, equipment, and infrastructure; Oversee and perform repairs and maintenance tasks including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and general maintenance; Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized repairs or maintenance services; Develop and implement maintenance procedures and protocols; Monitor and maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment; Train and mentor junior technicians; Ensure compliance with safety regulations; Additional duties as assigned

Requirements

Certificate in a technical field or a technical trade school or High School Diploma; 5-7 years of experience
