As a Retail Consultant, you will provide frontline support by assisting customers with product selection, service activation, and troubleshooting basic issues. Responsibilities

Provide frontline support by assisting customers with product selection, service activation, and troubleshooting basic issues; Create positive experiences through effective communication and adherence to retail standards; Help customers find the right products and services; Stay up-to-date with the latest gadgets and services and offer informed guidance and solutions; Use consultative selling skills to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs; Work closely with your team to create a welcoming environment where everyone is supported to achieve store goals
