Termite Inspector / Pest Control Inside Sales

Stark Exterminators is looking to hire a full-time Termite Inspector to provide uncompromised service to residential or commercial pest control customers. This is a production-based position that leads the industry in potential earnings. As a Termite Inspector, you will perform inspections and evaluations of customer properties, identify pests and conditions, and propose and sell additional services. Stark Exterminators is part of the Arrow Exterminators family of brands and is a family-owned and operated business since 1964.

Responsibilities

Perform thorough inspection and evaluation of customer properties for Wood Destroying Organisms and other pest problems; Properly identify insects, pest harborage areas, and conducive conditions; Determine opportunities for additional services; Propose and sell services; Provide excellent customer service and represent Stark Exterminators in the communities served

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; Possess current Driver's License; Ability to pass and maintain any state regulatory agency-required licensing/certification exams; Ability to work at least 40 hours per week
