Requirements

Ability to independently create test specifications; No reliance on detailed instructions; Experience working with European OEMs (VW preferred); Strong documentation discipline; Analyze system, software and safety requirements (ASIL relevant where applicable); Create high-quality test specifications and test cases (HiL / SiL / Vehicle); Ensure end-to-end traceability (Requirement → Test Case → Execution → Result); Review and optimize existing test specifications; Perform coverage analysis (requirements vs. test cases); Support test strategy definition and refinement; Align with stakeholders (Germany / OEM / Suppliers); Hands-on experience in at least one domain:; ECU testing; steering/braking systems; vehicle control systems; Minimum 5 years of experience
