Transactional Accounting Specialist

Our client, a telecommunications company in St. Louis, MO, is in need of a Transactional Accounting Specialist for a six-month contract-to-hire position. Working onsite daily, the Specialist is responsible for processing new vendor registrations and vendor change registrations via multiple sources. This role will execute a high volume of vendor registrations and email correspondence, responding to internal and external customer and vendor email inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities

Processing new vendor registrations and vendor change registrations via multiple sources; Executing a high volume of vendor registrations and email correspondence; Responding to internal and external customer and vendor email inquiries in a timely and professional manner

Requirements

4+ years’ AP/AR experience, or similar; Understanding on SOX and other requirements; Excellent communications and documentation skills; Microsoft Office suite experience; US based resources eligible for work in the US or US Citizens traveling abroad
