Travel Specialist-MLA Replacement

Join our team as a Travel Specialist & Project Manager, and work with our employees around the world to make sure they have a great business travel experience.

* Temporary role with an expected duration of 6-8 months

Coordinate all related travel services for the employees in Israel, Europe and Asia Pacific including:

Manage and monitor overall travel operations

- Manage travel agents in various locations
- Reviews and configures travel-related data, analysis and reporting of travel data
- Monitor travel budget and usage
- Negotiate agreements with airlines and hotels
- Review and approve invoices
- Taking part in projects

Major Projects

- Implementing a new travel system in APAC.
- Replace our Travel agency.
- Improve our travel data base (Analayzer etc.).

The position requires flexible hours and off-hours availability

Responsibilities

Provide service to managers and employees; Ensures that travel needs are met (within company guidelines); Drive continuous improvement of travel service

Requirements

Strong service orientation - a must; 0-3 experience in the travel industry; BA degree- an advantage; Great communications skills and excellent English (verbal and written); Able to work in a fast pace, high pressured, environment; Attention to details; Ability to multi-task, manage deadlines; Fast learner; Proficiency in Microsoft tools
