Traveling Federal Construction Superintendent

Seeking a dedicated Traveling Federal Construction Superintendent to join our client's team to perform work across the US. This is a full-time permanent direct placement opportunity. We are seeking a dedicated Traveling Federal Construction Superintendent to join our client's team and contribute to their expanding portfolio of federal projects.

Responsibilities

Oversee and manage construction projects ranging from $1 to $5 million, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget; Collaborate with project managers and site teams to coordinate daily operations and maintain project schedules; Perform quality control and safety inspections, ensuring compliance with federal regulations and standards; Utilize tools as necessary to assist in construction tasks and mentor team members on best practices; Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent; Proven track record of completing relevant projects; Ability to obtain a US Government security clearance if not already held; Experience working on Department of Defense (DOD) sites; Knowledge of clearance and badging processes; Strong leadership and communication skills; Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment; Willingness to travel 100% of the time; Willingness to work with tools when necessary

Nice to have

Experience building SCIFs; Current US Government Secret security clearance; Top Secret security clearance
