UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for our digital products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to create seamless user experiences that delight our customers. Your designs will have a direct impact on the way users interact with our products and services.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand project requirements and user needs; Conduct user research and create user personas and journey maps; Design intuitive user interfaces that align with user expectations and industry best practices; Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups to illustrate design concepts; Apply visual design principles to create visually stunning interfaces; Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to iterate and improve designs; Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs; Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in UI/UX design; Advocate for user-centered design principles and contribute to design discussions

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience); Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your previous projects; Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar; Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies; Experience with creating wireframes, interactive prototypes, and mockups; Strong knowledge of visual design principles, typography, and color theory; Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and their impact on design; Knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines; Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
