Position Summary

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to assist with receiving, organizing, storing, and preparing inventory and promotional materials. The ideal candidate is hands-on, organized, and committed to maintaining a safe and efficient workspace.

Responsibilities

Receive incoming shipments and verify items against delivery information.; Organize, label, and store inventory in designated locations.; Pick and prepare materials and supplies for upcoming promotional activities.; Pack, sort, and stage orders or materials for distribution.; Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or damaged items.; Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.; Assist with loading and unloading deliveries when required.; Follow established procedures for handling, storing, and moving materials.; Work with team members to complete daily warehouse tasks accurately and on schedule.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.; Dependable, punctual, and motivated to complete assigned tasks.; Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.; Willingness to learn warehouse procedures and inventory practices.; Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift or move materials as required by the position.; Commitment to workplace safety and maintaining an orderly environment.; Previous warehouse or inventory experience is an asset but not required.
