Warehouse Operator Picker & Dispatch

The Clinical Trials Warehouse Operator - Picker and Dispatch will ensure all orders; Warehousing, distribution, are processed in a timely manner and undertaken in accordance with client expectations, PCI processes and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Good Warehousing Practice (GWP).

Responsibilities

Conduct day to day dispatches to clinical trial sites, including accurately picking and packing of products in accordance with applicable PCI/Client requirements; Inspection of product for correct labelling, lot numbers, and expiration dates; Use of RF scanners and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software to pick and process orders and to record all inventory movements; Labelling packages correctly with Shipping information and necessary documentation; Liaise with the customer service team to rectify any errors with pick list; Working collaboratively with the Warehouse Operating team and Quality in the safe, efficient and compliant management of all PCI products; Assist with inventory cycle counts as required; Performing weekly cleaning tasks as per site procedures; Documenting and logging activities when required to do so to ensure product safety, quality and regulatory compliance; Working in controlled temperature environments (15°C-25°C, 2°C-8°C, -20°C); Ensure all your MasterControl activities and training is up to date and that you understand what applies to you and is required of you in your role; Report any discrepancies, damaged products, or quality issues to supervisors immediately; Comply with the Company's behavioural and Health and Safety standards; Any other tasks as assigned by the warehouse Supervisor/Clinical Distribution Manager
