Wealth Operations Manager

Finary One is building the benchmark digital private wealth platform for entrepreneurs and high-net-worth families: a consolidated view of their wealth, high-touch personal support, and access to premium investment vehicles: Luxembourg life insurance, capitalization contracts, structured products. Most ops roles hand you a system and ask you to run it. Here, the system is being built right now, and building it is the job. You take the advisor to scale. You ship what you design. You own the client experience end to end. You build something that outlasts the week. 70% of your week is building the machine that pilots; 30% is frontline: real files and real partner calls.

Responsibilities

Take the advisor to scale by knowing their job and building tools that change what they're capable of; Ship what you design: an idea gets built, deployed, and the team runs on it within hours; Own the client experience end to end and be accountable for how a client experiences Finary at every step; Build something that outlasts the week: tools, data, automations, and partner relationships; Spend 70% of time building the machine that pilots: reading at the source, closing reconciliation, writing rules that decide and route without you in the loop; Spend 30% of time on the frontline: real files and real partner calls

Requirements

Have shipped internal tools or apps that other people actually used; Use AI as a daily work multiplier, not as something you're curious about; Translate a business problem into a technical one, and back; Build lasting relationships with clients and partners while guaranteeing an operational experience of the highest standard; Know what a thoughtful, well-timed follow-up is worth to a high-net-worth client; Would rather settle a situation in one call than let a thread run for a week; Are comfortable working in French (mandatory) and in English (B2 or C1 level minimum); Are Paris-based, or ready to be
