Responsibilities

Work from drawings and other documented work instructions.; Make standard set-ups and maintain operating conditions as prescribed, submitting questionable settings to appropriate supervisor or technical leader.; Maintain required quality and productivity levels, making minor machine and tooling adjustments to comply with requirements.; Inspect parts using basic measuring equipment including micrometers, verniers, and leak check equipment. Visually inspect parts for weld integrity, and when required, forward parts for dimensional correctness inspection.; Ensure quality requirements are maintained using quantitative charting techniques, including Statistical Process Control (SPC).; Basic computer knowledge to perform labor transactions, and other required functions.

Requirements

HS diploma or equivalent; Manufacturing experience a plus,
