A revolutionary destination that will transform Dallas forever, The Knox, Auberge Collection will debut in 2026 as the city’s most captivating new address, a tapestry of bold design envisioned by the internationally acclaimed Martin Brudnizki Design Studio. The hotel offers 140 artfully imagined guest rooms and suites, each layered with texture, glamour, and character. Guests drift between four distinctive dining and drinking venues, from an all-day salon and terrace to the magnetic hum of a hidden cocktail lounge and lively pool garden. A collection of beautifully appointed event spaces each designed for intimate gatherings and grand celebrations alike—offers an elegant backdrop to host the city’s most memorable moments. The hotel will introduce a signature Wellbeing by Auberge concept, where skin-health rituals meet cutting-edge therapies in a convivial yet serene setting.

The Wellbeing Concierge is responsible for assisting with daily operations, including creating the spa’s daily schedule of appointments, coordinating with therapists and staff, and handling inquiries about services and products. Your organizational skills and warm demeanor will help create a welcoming atmosphere and ensure an outstanding experience for every guest.

Responsibilities

Maintains comprehensive knowledge of spa treatments and daily wellness experiences.; Ability to recommend services and enhancements through suggestive selling.; Facilitates bookings and reservations, ensuring accurate sales reconciliation and cash-out procedures.; Greets all guests in a warm and welcoming manner and utilizes name recognition multiple times throughout their visit.; Navigate guest feedback in real time, ensuring guest satisfaction.; Communicate any concerns to spa leadership in a timely manner.; Ensures the Spa areas are in a spotless condition through hourly facility walkthroughs.; Coordinates with the Itinerary Design team to ensure guest experiences are up to date and accurate.; Responsible for responding to phone calls and email correspondence in a timely manner.; Communicate with necessary departments to support a seamless stay for our guests.; Maximizes revenue of treatments and programs through effective scheduling, yield management.; Knowledgeable of all of the experiences that are offered at The Knox and be able to speak confidently about other departments within the hotel.; Participate in all designated programs, daily rallies, and training.

Requirements

Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, wellbeing, or luxury resort environment preferred; Strong communication and guest service skills required; Attention to detail and strong sense of urgency; Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment; Outgoing, proactive, and service-driven personality; Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays; Professional appearance and demeanor required at all times; Team-oriented mindset with willingness to support multiple departments
