White Dryer Operator

Responsibilities

Perform pre-operational inspections of equipment and production areas during weekly start up; Monitoring fermentation process and cooling over to holding tanks; Monitor critical control points (CCP) as required; Responsible for the correct recording of all relevant record logs and documentation; Follow GMPs and safety procedures in the facility; Perform basic physical tests such as pH and moisture analysis; Serve as back-up to other shifts as needed

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; Must have good written and verbal communication skills; Ability to work in a sanitary manner to prevent cross-contamination; Ability to lift at least 50 lbs; Demonstrate consistent and punctual attendance at work.
