X-Ray Technologist

From precise positioning to real-time image evaluation, this role ensures every exam meets the highest clinical standards.

Responsibilities

Perform high-quality diagnostic X-ray exams with correct technique and positioning; Evaluate own images for technical quality; Maintain clean, complete, real-time documentation; Manage own workflow and troubleshoot equipment issues; Provide proper patient positioning, clear explanation, and genuine care for comfort and safety; Maintain infection control standards; Mentor students and model best practices

Requirements

ARRT certification in Radiography (R) required; Valid state licensure current (where required); BLS certification current or in progress; Associate's degree or certificate in Radiologic Technology from an accredited program; Proficiency in PACS, RIS, and EMR systems; Working knowledge of ALARA and radiation safety principles; Strong communication skills with patients, physicians, and teammates; Ability to manage workflow with minimal supervision; Willingness to mentor students and contribute to a positive clinical culture

Nice to have

1–2 years of X-ray experience; outpatient or ambulatory care experience
