Join our team as a Childcare Activity Leader and turn ordinary mornings and afternoons into unforgettable adventures! At Junior Adventures Group, we're not just childcare, we're champions of fun! From football to face painting, scavenger hunts to snack time, you'll bring smiles, laughter, and energy to our Breakfast & After School Clubs for children aged 4–11.

Responsibilities

Deliver exciting, age-appropriate activities like multi-sports, arts & crafts, group games, and creative play; Set up engaging play spaces and keep things safe, clean, and awesome; Supervise children with care and enthusiasm, ensuring every child feels welcome, safe, and included; Prepare snacks and manage sign-in/out processes with a friendly face and attention to detail; Work split shifts: 7:30–9:00am and 3:00–6:00pm; Be a team player who can also take the lead when needed

Requirements

Someone who loves working with children and brings a positive, can-do attitude; A creative thinker who knows how to turn an ordinary afternoon into a magical experience; A team player who is also confident running activities and managing a group; Enhanced DBS check and Children's Barred List Check; Appointment subject to satisfactory DBS and suitability checks

Nice to have

Bonus points if you have experience in teaching, coaching, childcare, or youth work (not essential, personality goes a long way!)
