Agent in Training- Farmers Insurance

The Aaron Budnick Agency is growing and looking for someone who enjoys working with people, is motivated by results, and wants the opportunity to build a rewarding career in insurance sales. Training and guidance are provided to help learn the business, develop skills, and work toward goals. Opportunities may become available to take on additional responsibilities, pursue leadership positions, or explore a future in insurance agency ownership.

Responsibilities

Reach out to prospective customers through provided leads, referrals, and outbound calls; Learn about customers' needs and recommend appropriate insurance coverage; Prepare quotes and sell Auto, Home, Life, Business, and other insurance products; Follow up with prospects and maintain an organized sales pipeline; Identify opportunities to cross-sell coverage and generate referrals; Develop lasting customer relationships through consistent communication; Work toward sales goals and contribute to agency growth; Participate in ongoing coaching and product training

Requirements

Enjoys meeting new people and building relationships; Motivated by sales goals, achievement, and earning potential; Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with leads; Handles rejection with persistence and a positive attitude; Willing to learn, accept coaching, and improve; Takes initiative and follows through on commitments

Nice to have

Previous experience in sales, retail, banking, hospitality, automotive, or customer service; Insurance licensing preferred, or willingness to obtain the required licenses; Bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply
