Responsibilities

Working directly with agile teams as a Scrum Master on planning and execution; Mentoring and teaching agile teams and individuals within the Product Development Organization including the leadership team; Facilitating cross functional collaboration within the Product Development Organization; Living and breathing the continuous improvement culture; Championing change management; Implementing agile team rollouts; Coaching new employees on agile process

Requirements

A thorough understanding of Agile methodologies and metrics; Tremendous Organization and Communication skills; Intrinsically motivated; Solid interpersonal skills and plays extremely well with others; Passion around facilitation, empowerment, and servant leadership; Know/worked with and within Scrum, Kanban, and/or XP teams extensively; Knowledge of sound Agile Engineering Practices (TDD, BDD, Continuous Integration, etc.); Sound knowledge around Agile Lifecycle Management Tools; Bachelor’s Degree required
