Responsibilities

Servicing, maintaining, and repairing tractors, combines, forage harvesters, balers, and telehandlers; Conducting advanced fault diagnostics across mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems; Completing complex repairs; Providing first-class technical support and customer service on-site and in the field; Maintaining accurate work records and ensuring high standards of safety and presentation

Requirements

Significant agricultural engineering experience; Ability to handle modern agricultural machinery (tractors or combines) to a manufacturer-recognised standard; Recognised apprenticeship, C&G or NVQ in Land based engineering or a transferable qualification; Strong diagnostic ability across engines, hydraulic and electronic systems; Precise, methodical approach and pride in workmanship; Customer-first attitude and ability to work independently in the field; Full UK driving licence; Currently live in Frome or the surrounding area
