API Inspector(Shutdown) | Oil and Gas | Saudi Arabia

We have job opportunity as “API Inspector” for 40 Days Shutdown Projects.

- Conduct inspection and testing of pressure vessels, storage tanks, piping systems, and other static equipment as per API codes and project specifications.

- Ensure compliance with relevant standards such as API 510 (Pressure Vessels), API 570 (Piping), API 653 (Storage Tanks) , and ASME codes.

- Perform visual inspection, thickness measurement, hardness testing, and NDT review (RT, UT, MT, PT) as required.

- Review and verify vendor inspection reports, calibration certificates, and material test certificates (MTCs).

- Maintain inspection records, prepare detailed inspection reports, and issue recommendations for repairs or replacements.

- Ensure all inspection activities comply with client requirements, safety regulations, and company QA/QC procedures.

- Participate in turnaround/shutdown inspections and risk-based inspection (RBI) programs.

- Coordinate with maintenance, engineering, and project teams for inspection findings and follow-up actions.

- Monitor welding, PWHT, hydrotesting, and other fabrication/repair activities as per approved procedures.
