We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Assistant Manager to join our team at 713 N. 77 Sunshine Strip in Harlingen. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting daily store operations, leading team members, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations and achieving sales targets; Lead, motivate, and train team members to maintain high performance standards; Ensure excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive shopping environment; Manage inventory, including ordering, receiving, and organizing merchandise; Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards; Assist in hiring, scheduling, and evaluating team members; Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations; Handle cash management and financial reporting responsibilities; Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions; Step in for the Store Manager when necessary

Requirements

Proven experience in retail or customer service, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role; Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members; Excellent customer service skills and a customer-focused mindset; Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities; Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; Proficient in basic computer applications and point-of-sale systems; Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays; Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
