Associate Director, Media Sales (San Diego/OC)

Responsibilities

Build relationships with media agencies and brands; Develop and maintain a sales pipeline and prospect database; Break new business and grow existing partnerships with advertisers; Work closely with the sales development team to engage prospects and generate meetings; Collaborate with the media strategy and client services teams on campaign planning and execution; Contribute to the company’s marketing strategies and product development; Attend conferences and industry events; Mentor new hires and junior team members

Requirements

5+ years of experience and a proven track record in digital media sales; Love digital media and advertising technology and existing list of agency relationships; High level of integrity and professionalism; Love entertaining, talking to, and meeting new people; Natural overachiever who likes to set the bar high; Self-starter, passionate about learning, and natural problem solver; Strong organization skills and great attention to detail; Prioritize well, display a sense of urgency, and no problem meeting deadlines; Proven track record of strong performance, including breaking new business and exceeding quotas
