Responsibilities

Provide technical support to trade and retail customers using expert automotive parts/mechanical knowledge; Build effective customer relationships; Act as superstar sellers and problem solvers using up-to-date product information and knowledge; Provide genuine service and create lasting impressions for customers; Work in a busy phone customer contact role; Be safety aware and strive to provide the safest work environment for themselves and teammates

Requirements

Prior automotive parts or mechanical experience; Passionate customer service expert with some sales experience; Comfortable sharing knowledge and ability to communicate in a technical and non-technical manner; Natural problem solver who is solutions focused with sound computer skills; Proactive and driven team player who can also work independently; Flexible availability and valid driver's licence (manual preferred)
