Responsibilities

Actively identify and acquire new clients for Coface Business Information services.; Generate and qualify new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline.; Present Coface Business Information solutions and conduct meetings with prospective clients.; Understand clients' business needs and recommend appropriate business information, monitoring, and risk management solutions.; Prepare tailored commercial offers, negotiate contracts, and close deals.; Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the Business Information portfolio.; Follow up with new customers and support a smooth onboarding process.; Monitor market developments, customer needs, and competitor activities.; Maintain accurate sales records and reports using existing IT tools.; Collaborate closely with internal teams to maximize business opportunities.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree (professional or university level) in Economics, Business, or another relevant field, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience,; Higher vocational degree in Economics, Business, or another relevant field, with a minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience.; Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.; Proactive, results-oriented mindset with the ability to build long-term business relationships.; Professional working proficiency in English and Croatian/Serbian.; Very good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.; Valid Category B driver's license.
