Branch Manager

Lead the team at our Culverden store! We're looking for the next Branch Manager to lead the team at our Culverden store.

Responsibilities

Leading a high performing team, helping them achieve results and fostering a great culture; Building a strong community environment within the store and strong relationships with our shareholders; Delivering on agreed objectives and KPIs plus seeking continuous improvement; Managing budgets, P&L and financials; Being a presence on the shop floor, serving customers and coaching team members

Requirements

Proven track record of leading successful teams in a retail environment; Ability to build solid client relationships and encourage repeat business; Sound knowledge of rural products and services; Experience coaching team members and training them on best practices; Strong commercial business acumen and knowledge of financial ledgers; Solid computer skills; Legal right to work in New Zealand; Must pass pre-employment checks
