Branch Manager - Plumbing

Requirements

Results-driven leadership mindset focused on achieving Reece branch KPIs, driving sales performance, and delivering exceptional customer experiences; Strong knowledge of plumbing products and systems, or motivation and capability to learn quickly; Passion for Reece culture embracing teamwork, integrity, service, and continuous improvement; Confidence in proactive customer engagement; Excellent organizational and operational management skills with ability to oversee staffing, inventory, logistics, safety, scheduling, and daily branch operations; Strategic approach to budgeting, margin management, and branch financial performance; Consultative, solutions-focused mindset; Commitment to developing your people through coaching and mentoring; Collaborative, people-first attitude; Strong alignment with Reece's values; 5+ years of experience in wholesale, plumbing, building supplies, or trade distribution with branch or team leadership; Experience managing a branch, warehouse, or retail operation; Prior experience in sales leadership including achieving sales targets, KPIs, and business growth; Ability to maintain scheduled days and hours including onsite presence; Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, sit/stand for extended periods, kneel, squat, climb, and walk
