Responsibilities

Manage, direct and support staff in their delivery of a safe and effective programme; Ensure effective communication between the venue, team, parents, the school or host leisure centre and Central Operations; Provide inclusive, fun, and engaging care for children while inspiring them to explore their interests; Plan, supervise and deliver planned activities with structure and enthusiasm, including multi sports, games, arts and crafts, downtime and structured play; Implement company protocols and policies with team members; Ensure team members are motivated and happy

Requirements

Level 3 EYFS Childcare Qualification; Compliance with Keeping Children Safe in Education policy; Provide two references (one from most recent employer and one from a childcare setting, if applicable); DBS check

Nice to have

Management and team leading experience; Passion for working with children
