Business Analytics Consultant Senior - Issues Management

As a Business Analytics Consultant Senior within PNC's Retail Bank Operations- Issues Management organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Cleveland, OH, Columbus, OH, Philadelphia, PA, Jacksonville, FL, or Dallas, TX. This position will require the Business Analytics Consultant Senior to have a strong passion and interest in utilizing AI and prompt engineering to accelerate analytics outcomes. Leverages complex analytical tools to provide business and technical expertise for the analytics process, tools and useful applications across multiple functions or business units to create data driven solutions. Consulting to clients on tool and strategy implementation and monitoring, statistical scoring, business intelligence, data quality, and analytical product / solution development. Determining the optimal analytic approach and supporting development, implementation and enhancements. Conceptualizing, developing and continuously optimizing analytical solutions for business leadership to enable data driven decision making. Analyze results and make recommendations for key business partners and senior management or communicate conclusions from complex analytical solutions to a wide range of audiences.

Responsibilities

Requirements

Analysis skills; Strong knowledge and use of Python and SQL; Ability to adapt to change, eagerly evolve, and inspire others - particularly regarding AI requirements; Strong passion and interest in utilizing AI and prompt engineering to accelerate analytics outcomes; University/college degree with 3+ years of relevant/direct industry experience; Bachelor's degree; Analytical Thinking; Business Acumen; Business Analytics; Consulting; Decision Making and Critical Thinking; Effective Communications; Emerging Technologies; PNC will not provide visa sponsorship or participate in STEM OPT
