Business Development Manager

Are you confident with your marketing and relationship building skills? APM are looking for a Business Development Manager to build and maintain employer relationships in our Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) program across Southern Adelaide, with the aim of placing participants into sustainable employment. This role will be working across the Southern Adelaide sites, based in Noarlunga Centre.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain employer relationships in the Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) program across Southern Adelaide; place participants into sustainable employment; build employer relationships and market job seekers to prospective employers; develop and maintain employer and community networks; work alongside Employment Consultants to place participants into suitable employment; negotiate with employers to ensure the success of job placements; comply with compliance and database input requirements

Requirements

Eligible to work in Australia; Current driver's licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle; Willing to complete a Criminal History Check; Able to secure a Working with Children Safely Card; Able to secure a MyID to standard strength

Nice to have

Experience within the Employment Services sector; self-driven; hungry to succeed; experience in sales (Retail, Hospitality or other); business development; account management; outbound calling
