Responsibilities

Manage existing accounts to grow business; Maintain the business relationship as preferred strategy partner and solution provider; Develop new customers & new applications to grow business; Ensure that day to day job of sales is done properly (rolling forecast, customer maintenance, call reports, follow-up on complaints and overdue...); Organize market analysis and growth plan and make frequent contact with key stakeholders; Update market trend, competition activities to plan tactical strategy to marketing; Transfer global/Asia business strategy to daily work and execute strategy to meet budget

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above; >5 years of sales experience in the field of specialty engineering plastics or thermoplastic powder coatings; Solid ability on business/application development; Strong business acumen and value pricing knowledge; Deep dive and excellent communication and negotiation skill; Open minded, curious, team player, open to feedback; Basic IT-capabilities (Microsoft Office, SAP, etc.); Excellent verbal and written English skills
