Christmas Casual - Nespresso Brand Ambassador

Are you passionate about coffee and customer service? Represent an internationally recognised brand this festive season! Christmas Casual position. Must be available during November to January. Potential to extend beyond January for top performers. As a Brand Ambassador you will be expected to represent the brand, and to create a positive and highly engaging experience for customers. Your primary focus will be to demonstrate Nespresso coffee through sampling, converting engagements into sales. Due to the high volume of applications, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.

Responsibilities

Represent the Nespresso brand and create a positive, highly engaging experience for customers; Demonstrate Nespresso coffee through sampling, converting engagements into sales; Engage customers through coffee sampling; Convert customer engagements into coffee sales; Assist customers in finding their perfect machine; Drive brand engagement; Work collaboratively with team members

Requirements

Passionate about coffee and customer service; Must be available during November to January; Must have weekend availability, primarily weekend work with some weekdays during the Christmas trading period; High energy with a passion to work within a team; Excel at communication and relationship building
