Praca stacjonarna

Data publikacji: 01.09.2026

As a PNC Intern, you will participate in a "best-in-class" internship program. During this 10-week program, you will have the opportunity to gain exposure to a specific line of business, expand the tools you need to launch your career and complement your education with real-world job experience. The Agency Finance track of our C&IB Summer Internship Program enables interns to explore various aspects of the Multifamily Finance industry through PNC's Fannie Mae DUS, Freddie Mac Optigo, and FHA lending platforms. In addition to agency lending, we offer construction, bridge, and permanent financing through our balance sheet. This suite of products allows us to provide comprehensive financing solutions to our customers nationwide. Interns will work directly with the Relationship Team and senior management to support daily operations related to underwriting (portfolio administration, periodic reviews, due diligence reviews, loan documentation and fulfillment) and sales functions (pre-call planning, client research, pre-screen, relationship reviews, and loan structuring). Upon completion, interns will recognize the importance each of these functions have on the deal-making process. The Summer Internship Program is a direct pipeline for talent to C&IB PNC Real Estate Development Program, providing interns with an unparalleled opportunity to learn the business while gaining visibility among the firm's senior leadership. Upon successful completion of the Summer Internship, interns may be offered an opportunity to join the C&IB Development Program after graduation.
