Requirements

Job Purpose; Key Responsibilities; Prepare detailed cost estimates for engineering, procurement, and construction projects.; Analyze project scope, materials, labor, and equipment costs to develop accurate project budgets.; Support cost control and budget monitoring during project execution.; Review project plans, drawings, and specifications to determine cost requirements .; Prepare cost reports, forecasts, and variance analysis .; Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project management teams for cost-related inputs.; Identify opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency improvements .; Ensure compliance with company procedures and industry standards for cost estimation.; Requirements; Education:; Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field .; Experience:; Minimum 8–10 years of experience in Cost Engineering / Cost Estimation , preferably in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or large EPC projects .; Technical Skills; Cost estimation and budgeting; Project cost control and monitoring; Cost analysis and forecasting; Knowledge of EPC project costing; Familiarity with engineering drawings and project specifications
