Country Director

Our client, a leading EV charging infrastructure company is looking for an Interim Country Director for their German entity to lead its next phase of growth. This is a high-impact leadership role with responsibility for strategy, commercial performance, operations, deployment and people leadership.

Responsibilities

Lead the German market strategy and execution; Accelerate network growth and operational excellence; Own local commercial performance and P&L; Develop and lead a high-performing local team; Build relationships across the German EV, mobility and public-sector ecosystem; Represent the German market within the wider international organisation

Requirements

Proven senior leadership or country management experience; Strong B2B and B2C commercial expertise; Excellent leadership and stakeholder-management skills; Fluent German and English; Experience in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment; Passion for the energy transition, electric mobility and sustainability
