Customer Sales Advisor – Abandoned Basket Team

Are you confident speaking with customers and enjoy helping people complete their purchases? Do you have excellent communication skills and a positive, customer-focused approach? If so, we'd love to hear from you! We are looking for a Customer Sales Advisor to join our growing team. In this role, you will contact customers who have started an online purchase but have not completed it, helping them through the process, answering any questions they may have, and encouraging them to complete their purchase over the phone.

Responsibilities

Contacting customers who have abandoned their online basket; Understanding why they did not complete their purchase; Answering customer questions and overcoming any concerns; Guiding customers through the purchase process over the phone; Delivering excellent customer service while achieving sales targets; Accurately updating customer information using our CRM system

Requirements

Minimum of 12 months' sales experience; Fully flexible to work Monday-Friday 8:00am-8:00pm, Saturday 9:00am-5:30pm, Sunday 10:00am-4:00pm; Excellent communication and listening skills; Confident speaking with customers over the telephone; Positive, enthusiastic and motivated attitude; Good computer skills and the ability to navigate multiple systems; Reliable team player with a strong work ethic
