DACH Alliances Director

Quantexa is looking for a highly motivated Alliances Director for the DACH region, based in Germany. You will lead our partner ecosystem across Public Sector, Banking, and Insurance, shaping how we scale with the world’s leading consultancies, technology firms, and cloud providers.

Responsibilities

Lead partner ecosystem across the DACH region across Public Sector, Banking, and Insurance; Engage and excite partners through strategic collaboration; Enable partners with compelling joint value propositions; Execute DACH alliances strategy to generate pipeline, influence deals, and create long-term value; Build and maintain strong executive alignment across DACH partners; Manage commercial relationships and governance frameworks; Drive measurable partner-influenced and partner-sourced revenue; Identify and onboard new partners aligned to strategy; Co-develop marketing initiatives, events, webinars, and campaigns; Shape multi-year GTM strategies across Public Sector, Banking, and Insurance

Requirements

Deep understanding of the DACH Public Sector, Banking, or Insurance markets; Insight into evolving challenges across KYC, AML, Fraud, Customer Intelligence, Public Security, and Risk; Understanding of local procurement cycles, compliance environment, and partner influence in DACH; Strong track record working with global consultancies and/or cloud providers; Ability to manage complex partner ecosystems and influence senior executives; Hands-on experience building co-sell strategies and delivering measurable revenue outcomes; Experience with joint business planning, pipeline management, and governance; Excellent communication and influencing skills across technical and commercial audiences; Background in AI, data analytics, or decision intelligence technology

Nice to have

Experience in a high-growth SaaS or scale-up environment; Familiarity with cloud ecosystem GTM programmes
