Early Childhood Behavior Technician (RBT)

SparkJoy ABA, in partnership with Finni Health, is seeking high-energy, playful, and compassionate Behavior Technicians to provide ABA therapy to children with autism. Responsibilities

Work 1:1 with children in their homes as a play leader; Use creative, high-movement methods to teach communication, social cues, and daily living skills; Collect progress data and collaborate with supervising BCBAs; Build trust with parents through consistent, upbeat communication and in-home support

Requirements

High-energy, playful, and compassionate; Naturally outgoing, energetic, and comfortable being high-energy; 1+ year of experience working with children (daycare, camp counselor, teaching, coaching, or similar) required; Reliable transportation to travel to client homes in the Crestline area; Passing RBT Certification within 90 days of hire required; Comfortable working inside client homes and visiting neighborhoods within assigned Crestline, OH territory; Must pass a background check

Nice to have

Proof of completion of a 40-hour Behavior Technician training course (preferred but not required to interview)
