Early Years Apprentice

As an Early Years Apprentice you will be a key part of keep our children safe, loved and inspired to learn. Key activities include: Applying the Storal curriculum & our pedagogy principles to our children daily; Seeking out learning opportunities in everyday routines such as mealtimes & transitions; Bond with your children and their families by engaging in meaningful moments.

Requirements

Are 16 or over, have a passion for children and an aptitude for learning; English and Maths GCSE grades 2 or E or above OR Functional Skills Level 1 or above; are able to commit to a full apprenticeship programme; are patient and friendly; maximum of 40 minute drive by either car or public transport; a true love for child development and care; able and willing to work in a team; ability to communicate effectively with management, your peers and parents; high levels of care and empathy that every opportunity can be a learning opportunity
