Responsibilities

Support participants with disability to prepare for, find and maintain sustainable employment; Help participants see their strengths, overcome obstacles, and take on new employment with renewed purpose; Provide creative solutions to overcome employment challenges; Advocate for inclusive hiring practices and workplace adjustments; Celebrate successful placements, big and small; Form partnerships with companies passionate about diversity and inclusion

Requirements

Passionate about supporting people with disability to secure employment; Knack for identifying individuals’ employment match; Champion of diversity and inclusion; Natural connector able to create opportunities for participants and speak to stakeholders with confidence; Innovative and solutions focused with experience creating pathways to success; Compassionate and empathetic; Eligible to work in Australia; Current driver’s licence and comprehensively insured vehicle; MyGovID (Standard level); Willing to complete a National Police Check; Able to pass a Working with Children Check; Available to work Full-Time Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
