European National Account Manager

An exciting opportunity to join one of the UK’s fastest growing family owned Bakery manufacturers as International Sales Manager is now available. Their product range includes both branded & private label Breads & Morning Goods. The business has achieved national distribution across the Retail, Wholesale and Foodservice channels, they have also seen huge success in the Export market. The business has seen phenomenal growth, within the last 4 years the business has grown from £60m to £180m, this growth has been accredited to the development of category leading NPD and the launch of a highly respected brand. The business has a glowing reputation across the industry and this has been recognised by this through a number of industry and supplier awards. Following their growth and increased demand for their products internationally, they are now seeking an International Sales Manager to join the team.

Responsibilities

Strategic growth of the Export market; Work closely with existing customers & distributors across Europe, The Middle East and Far East; Grow the existing customer base; Gain new trading relationships; Report into the Head of Export

Requirements

Currently working in an Export/International Sales role; Contacts and experience with Benelux, Germany, France, Holland, Poland & Japan; Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; Organised individual with strong numeracy and analytical skills; Ambition to deliver set targets; UK based role with regular international travel and weekly visits to head office in Bedfordshire
